The Flower Market in Bangkok , (62 images) If you travel by the busy river taxis up river Chao Praya, stop at the Memorial Bridge Pier and take the short walk to the Fruit and Flower Market. It is genuine, busy and cheap. 50-70 or more roses for 80 Baht! We found our way trying out the Tourist Express Boats from Taksin Bridge pier. Since this does not stop on Memorial Bridge pier but continued to Tha Tien pier, we took the cheaper and regular boat taxi back to Memorial Bridge. However, the market is quite an experience!
